Job Summary

The Deutsche Bahn is seeking a Project Commercial Specialist focusing on Financing for DB InfraGO AG in Hamburg. This role is critical for ensuring the proper financial execution of complex infrastructure projects, including the construction and maintenance of bridges, tunnels, and railway stations. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the application, monitoring, and retrieval of funds according to the financing plan, ensuring timely and budget-compliant use of resources and refinancing, particularly within complex project portfolios. The specialist will optimize the timing and amount of fund withdrawals for semi-annual and annual financial statements, prepare and review interim and final statements of use, and ensure regulatory-compliant data maintenance in commercial systems (especially financing and balancing data). Key qualifications include a degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial background, strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and ideally, experience with SAP and the commercial handling of infrastructure projects and financing agreements.
