Job Summary

This pivotal role seeks a Head of High-Pressure Pipeline Projects to lead and manage a newly structured team of approximately 20 employees within Hamburg's major energy network provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the HD Projects team, overseeing personnel deployment, work preparation, and the coordination and execution of all high-pressure construction projects, including strict budget monitoring. A core focus is ensuring that all operational activities are conducted safely, professionally, and in strict compliance with relevant regulations and standards, particularly the DVGW rules for gas networks. The role involves developing maintenance strategies, generating key performance indicators, and managing mid-term planning. You will actively support technical training, mentor staff through regular feedback, and coordinate closely with internal departments, customers, and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
