Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician or Master Craftsman ready to take on significant responsibility in high voltage plant engineering. You will independently plan, coordinate, and execute complex projects, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with relevant standards (DGUV, DIN VDE). Key tasks include developing technically and economically sound concepts for new construction and conversion projects, commissioning and managing external service providers, and performing detailed fault and damage analyses based on maintenance findings. Furthermore, you will serve as an operational manager during on-call duty in primary technology and develop internal operational guidelines and work instructions, contributing to safe and compliant operations. Success requires strong organizational skills, resilience, and a proven, confident demeanor when negotiating with clients, contractors, and authorities, alongside profound practical knowledge of distribution networks.
