Job Summary

This permanent position as an IT Support Technician is crucial for maintaining smooth operations across multiple German sites (Burgau, Oschatz, Ludwigshafen, or Rostock) for a leading sun protection brand. The primary focus is on providing first-level support, including initial acceptance, analysis, and resolution of IT incidents via tickets, phone, or on-site visits. Day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting workstation installations (PCs, notebooks, monitors, printers), managing the telephone system and DECT devices, and performing user and rights administration, particularly within Active Directory (AD) or M365 environments. Successful candidates must possess a completed IT education or equivalent professional experience, coupled with strong practical knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365, and basic understanding of network technology and hardware.
