Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated PLC Programmer specializing in industrial automation within an innovative mechanical engineering environment focused on machining technology. Key responsibilities include the creation and maintenance of complex PLC programs for Siemens SIMATIC S7-300 and S7-1500 using Step7 and TIA Portal V15-V18 (utilizing FUB, AWL, and SCL). The programmer will be crucial in coordinating internal and external automation interfaces, particularly with Siemens SINUMERIK 840 D SL or One NCU, and parameterizing HMI surfaces like Siemens HMI PRO. A significant part of the job involves customer service, including software commissioning, troubleshooting, and process optimization on-site. Candidates must be State-certified Technicians in Automation Technology or have a background as an Electrical Engineer or Mechatronics Technician with relevant professional experience. Excellent German and English language skills are essential, alongside proficiency in EPlan P8 and a willingness to travel for commissioning and service.
