The IT Service Management Process Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing and implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) processes within the IT Systems & Infrastructure department. Key responsibilities include evaluating and refining existing processes, designing and implementing new ITSM workflows, and actively managing change and transformation initiatives. A major focus is the maintenance and development of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), the IT Service Catalog, and the IT Product Portfolio. The role involves administering, configuring, and developing ITSM applications, ensuring seamless process documentation, and guaranteeing service quality through KPI definition and management reporting. Candidates should possess a completed IT education, several years of professional experience in ITSM, and expertise in administering ITSM applications and process automation. An ITIL certification is highly desirable, emphasizing a strong analytical mindset and collaborative approach to continuous improvement.
