Job Summary

This role seeks a highly organized Technical Specialist to act as a crucial link between sales, technical teams, and customers within a modern IT system house. The core responsibilities involve managing the entire sales lifecycle from the back end, including creating detailed quotations for hardware and complex IT infrastructure projects based on field sales input. You will be responsible for obtaining supplier pricing, comparing offers, and maintaining oversight of ongoing sales processes. Crucially, after an order is placed, you will coordinate the technical implementation, ensuring smooth execution among customers, suppliers, and the internal technical team. Furthermore, the position requires active participation in Second-Level Support, either independently solving issues or collaborating closely with the technical staff. Ideal candidates combine commercial acumen with a strong technical understanding of IT products and networks, coupled with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to process optimization.
