Job Summary

This role is for a passionate and experienced IT System Administrator to join DV-KONTOR GmbH, an IT system house in Magdeburg, focusing on supporting and optimizing client IT infrastructures. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of customer IT environments, both remotely and on-site. Key day-to-day tasks include analyzing monitoring data, proactively resolving incidents, managing service requests via hotline and ticketing systems, and administering Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and network services. This position requires strong expertise in Windows client/server environments, virtualization, and backup/recovery concepts. The ideal candidate will have a structured, customer-oriented, and independent working style, coupled with strong communication and teamwork skills.
