This role involves coordinating quality assurance and clinical risk management activities within a major healthcare institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for the practical application of central Quality Management (QM) instruments, including managing quality indicators, overseeing complaint resolution processes, and conducting internal audits. A key function is independently coordinating necessary measures for institutional certification and acting as a crucial liaison between the central QM office and various clinical departments and institutes. The coordinator must implement and monitor quality goals and ensure strict adherence to DIN EN ISO standards, specifically 9001:2008 ff. The ideal candidate must possess a completed 3-year vocational degree in healthcare, demonstrated experience in QM, strong organizational and written communication skills, and analytical thinking.
