Support Operator Test Area and Defect Analysis | Support-Operator Testbereich/Defekt-Analyse (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves supporting the production expansion of power semiconductors for high-growth applications like climate technology, renewable energies, energy storage, and e-mobility charging infrastructure. The Support Operator will primarily manage and operate test systems, perform microscopic quality controls, and prepare wafer material for customer delivery. Key responsibilities include operating computer-aided manufacturing systems for batch logistics and production control, qualifying equipment, and potentially taking on defect analysis tasks. Candidates should possess technical understanding for operating equipment and software, familiarity with quality management documentation, and a willingness to work in a semi-continuous shift schedule (early, late, and weekends). Prior knowledge of Parameter (PCM) and/or Wafer Test (CP) and semiconductor manufacturing is highly desirable, alongside strong reliability and teamwork skills.
