Job Summary

This permanent role in Dortmund supports the expansion of power semiconductor production for high-growth applications in climate technology, renewable energy, and e-mobility charging infrastructure. The Process Technician will be instrumental in maintaining operational excellence by permanently monitoring and caring for module-specific processes and procedures. Key responsibilities include the analysis and evaluation of processes and batches that fall outside specification ranges, conducting risk assessments for faulty material, and managing the disposition of non-conforming items. You will also regularly perform and assess monitor tests required for the release of equipment following maintenance or repair, support ongoing projects, and manage module-specific documentation for process and equipment oversight. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification in electrical or microtechnology and possesses professional experience in semiconductor fabrication and CMOS procedures, demonstrating self-directed, responsible, and goal-oriented work ethic.
