Job Summary
This role is for a Simulation Engineer specializing in battery technology, working with a leading manufacturer of power tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating complex simulation models, with a focus on electrical engineering, mechatronics, and control engineering. A key aspect of the role involves close collaboration with measurement technology, testing, and development departments to validate models, as well as actively contributing to the continuous improvement of simulation processes and modeling methods. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in system modeling, particularly with Matlab/Simulink, and expertise in energy storage systems. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Diploma, Master, Doctorate) in Engineering with a focus on numerical methods or model-based product development
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in system modeling with Matlab/Simulink
 - Professional experience in the development of energy storage systems
 - Experience in parametrizing and validating models using experimental data
