Job Summary

This role involves managing and optimizing IT and operational processes related to system services, focusing heavily on data analysis and stakeholder coordination within the energy sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing operational follow-up and coordination processes for system services, meticulous stakeholder management, and generating cost analyses and data reports for internal and external regulatory bodies (like BNetzA and ACER). A key focus is supporting the continuous development of the IT landscape to stabilize operational processes and assisting in the optimization and automation of compensation processes. Candidates should possess a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, coupled with experience handling large datasets and proficient knowledge of energy industry follow-up processes for system services.
