Job Summary

This 18-to-24-month Graduate Specialist Program offers a dynamic career start in Technical Sales, focusing on future-proof factory automation solutions within an internationally successful company. Trainees will rotate through 4-6 stations, including one international assignment, gaining comprehensive knowledge in operational sales and addressing strategic issues across various departments like Product Management and Technical Field/Internal Sales. Day-to-day tasks involve close collaboration with Engineering, managing projects from initial customer inquiry and technical coordination through to quotation and after-sales support. The role requires identifying customer needs and developing suitable automation solutions, spanning hardware and software. Successful candidates will possess strong technical understanding, customer orientation, and an affinity for manufacturing automation, culminating in an advanced role as a Technical Sales Expert upon program completion.
