Job Summary

This 18 to 24-month trainee program at Bosch Rexroth offers an accelerated career start within the Mobile Hydraulics business unit. As a trainee, you will rotate through 4–6 different departments, including at least one international assignment, focusing on electronic control units, sensors, hardware architectures, and model-based development. You will play a key role in transforming hydraulically controlled machinery into high-efficiency drive systems using modern software and electronic controls.
