Job Summary

This 18 to 24-month trainee program at Bosch Rexroth offers an accelerated career start within the Mobile Hydraulics business unit. As a trainee, you will rotate through 4–6 different departments, including at least one international assignment, focusing on electronic control units, sensors, hardware architectures, and model-based development. You will play a key role in transforming hydraulically controlled machinery into high-efficiency drive systems using modern software and electronic controls. The position is designed to transition into a permanent, responsible development role upon completion. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or Diploma (PhD welcome) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Physics, or a comparable technical field of study.

Experience

  • Professional experience in embedded software or electronics development for control functions
  • Practical experience within the development environment of manufacturing companies through demanding industrial internships
  • Experience using Matlab or Simulink in a technical context
  • Experience with agile development methods
  • Initial experience in mechatronic product development for machine applications is preferred
