Job Summary
This role involves the administration and support of various cross-departmental applications within the District of Börde's Information and Digitalization Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting user and system administrator training, creating operational documentation, and managing the backend of the intranet's CMS, including updates. Key tasks also include coordinating the integration of new applications, providing IT support throughout application lifecycles, and programming workflow managers. Adherence to ITIL processes for incident and change management is essential. This position is ideal for an IT professional with a strong background in IT administration and a desire to contribute to public sector digitalization efforts, offering a stable, full-time, and permanent contract.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in an information technology field (e.g., Computer Science; at least Bachelor of Science or equivalent to DQR Level 6)
Experience
- • At least 3 years of professional experience as an IT Administrator (Second Level) is desirable
