Job Summary

This role seeks a Senior AutoCAD Application Specialist to serve as the central point of contact for all AutoCAD-related matters within an international technology group's internal engineering environment located in Berlin. The specialist will be responsible for gathering, clarifying, and coordinating requirements with Product Owners, Business Owners, and development teams. Key daily activities include enhancing engineering design tools by integrating new functions and features, implementing and testing new modules and extensions within the AutoCAD environment, and maintaining technical documentation, primarily utilizing Azure DevOps within agile development processes. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable field, coupled with at least five years of professional experience as an AutoCAD Specialist. Strong proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, experience with adjacent CAD systems like Creo or NX, and excellent English and good German language skills are essential for success in this dynamic, agile setting.
