Job Summary

This role, based in Erlangen within an international technology group, seeks a Specialist for Process Analysis and Process Planning. The core focus is on documenting, analyzing, and optimizing existing processes using established methodologies. Day-to-day tasks include capturing current processes, developing alternative workflows, applying Lean methods and Value Stream Mapping to identify improvement potential, and consolidating critical quality aspects (Critical to Quality). The specialist is also responsible for documenting new processes, publishing them, and conducting necessary training. Candidates must possess a completed technical Bachelor's degree (e.g., Engineering or Industrial Engineering) and a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience. Success requires strong proficiency in German and English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think and work cross-functionally.
