Job Summary

This role involves managing projects focused on Smart Building Solutions, extending beyond traditional building automation and control systems. The Project Manager will be responsible for enabling sustainable and energy-saving smart buildings through the networking of trades and intelligent data processing. Day-to-day tasks include defining project strategies, planning phases, coordinating technical details, and ensuring project realization meets technical, economic, and time constraints. The manager will lead multiple small to medium-sized projects, provide technical guidance to the project team, act as the primary contact for customers, and manage interfaces with suppliers and subcontractors. A key aspect is project controlling, including joint calculation and responsibility for results and revenue, alongside change management to capitalize on opportunities and customer needs through contract amendments. The ideal candidate must have a technical background, professional experience in building automation, and fluent German and English skills.
