Job Summary

This critical role focuses on driving the continuous improvement and digitalization of End-to-End processes within the energy network sector (electricity and gas). The Process Manager will collaborate closely with departmental experts to capture, analyze, and develop processes, defining clear goals and KPIs to identify potential for efficiency gains, automation, and digitalization. A key responsibility involves ensuring the effectiveness of processes, managing implementation of improvements, and acting as an escalation point for technical conflicts. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Process Management, coupled with practical experience in End-to-End process management within large organizations. Expertise in process analysis tools like Celonis and strong moderation skills are essential for embedding a sustainable process culture and contributing significantly to the ongoing energy transition.
