Job Summary

This role involves essential administrative support for the International Training Coordination Center (ITCC) at the Neuhausen training center. The Office Administrator will manage reception duties, support house guests, and provide logistical assistance to instructors, including preparing course materials, planning rooms, and procuring supplies. A significant part of the job involves comprehensive travel management, such as booking trains, flights, and hotels, alongside general office management tasks for leadership. The ideal candidate must have a completed commercial or public administration apprenticeship of at least three years, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office. This is an attractive, permanent, part-time position (19.5 hours/week) within the Technical Relief Agency (THW), offering flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to contribute to a vital humanitarian and technical organization.
