Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support, focusing heavily on hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting during rollouts or on-site assignments. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and replacing various IT devices (clients, notebooks, monitors, printers, peripherals), configuring network connections, and managing IP addresses. The technician will handle fault analysis and resolution for hardware and software issues, often adhering to SLA guidelines. A key component of the job is supporting end-users and project teams, maintaining documentation in ticketing and asset management systems, and performing Mobile Device Management (MDM) for Apple and Android devices. Candidates should have a relevant IT qualification or at least one year of recent practical experience, strong knowledge of MS Office, networking fundamentals, and expertise in both Android and iOS environments. Excellent German language skills are required for effective communication.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of practical experience in the IT field within the last 3 years
  • Professional experience in 2nd Level Support or current manufacturer certification
  • User experience with ticketing systems or similar documentation workflows
  • Experience with cabling and connecting IT devices correctly
  • Experience in executing technical work steps according to predefined processes
