Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled IT Field Service Technician to provide essential 1st and 2nd Level Field Service Support across the West region of Germany. The core responsibilities involve executing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) procedures, configuring and installing various client hardware such as PCs, peripherals, and handheld scanners, and servicing network components. The technician will be responsible for providing on-site user instruction and support, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and meticulously documenting all service activities within the ticketing system. This position requires a completed professional IT qualification, proven experience in field support, strong knowledge of current Microsoft products and standard hardware, and foundational networking expertise (DHCP, DNS, Firewalls).
