Job Summary
This role involves coordinating numerous construction activities on-site, focusing heavily on site management, quality assurance, and Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) compliance within the energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking defects and open issues, supporting technical problem resolution, and contributing to the continuous improvement of process standards by collecting and disseminating 'Lessons Learned.' A key function is the coordination and oversight of subcontractors. Candidates should possess a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification, coupled with professional experience in construction project management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Good English language skills and the willingness to travel are prerequisites for this challenging and dynamic position.
