Key daily tasks include ensuring the proper operation of building services engineering systems, performing planning services, and acting as the specialized construction manager for electrical works. A critical component of the job is contributing to the district's energy management and the implementation of a climate-neutral administration strategy. The position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications, combined with proven experience in project control according to HOAI standards (German fee structure for architects and engineers).
