Job Summary

The Stadttheater und Musikdirektion Aachen is seeking an engaged, part-time IT and Data Protection Coordinator (30 hours/week) to manage and evolve the organization's technological landscape. This role is central to ensuring operational efficiency and compliance, involving the leadership of IT development projects and the IT-side support of organizational change processes. Key responsibilities include managing IT inventory, user accounts, and administrative oversight of the entire IT infrastructure (hardware and software). The coordinator will act as the primary contact for IT and information security, data protection, and will liaise with municipal IT management and external service providers. Candidates must possess a relevant university degree or equivalent professional qualifications, strong practical experience with Windows and MS Office, and exhibit high levels of responsibility, analytical thinking, and service-oriented communication skills.
