Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Electrical Engineer interested in crane technology, offering a decisive career step within a large, expanding engineering service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include the creation, maintenance, and documentation of programmable logic controllers (PLC) for tower cranes. The engineer will be responsible for analyzing requirements, developing concepts, and creating specifications, alongside designing switch cabinet solutions for crane control systems. Key activities also involve conducting system tests, supporting the validation of development results, and performing commissioning both in the factory and on the test site. The ideal candidate must have a relevant technical education (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Technology) and possess very good German and good English skills. Prior experience with electrical design using EPLAN is desirable, as are knowledge of digital/analog circuit and sensor technology.
