Job Summary
This role involves pioneering the development and validation of high-level simulation software within the Flight Dynamics and Simulation department, utilizing Europe's cutting-edge Air Vehicle Simulator (AVES). The successful candidate will focus on requirements analysis, developing novel validation methods for simulation quality, and implementing robust software primarily using C++ on the QNX operating system. Key responsibilities include creating new test software for specialized hardware interfaces like ARINC and MILBUS, and conceptualizing the model integration process for Matlab/Simulink models. This position is ideal for professionals with a scientific degree in Computer Science and strong programming expertise across multiple languages (C/C++, Python, Java, etc.), offering engagement in an international research network and the opportunity to shape the future of flight technology.
