Job Summary

This role involves the conception, project steering, and coordination of complex flood protection and water body development projects throughout the planning, construction, and operational phases within the Freiburg administrative district. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical coordination of extensive expert reports, planning, and construction measures, as well as coordinating technical interests with other state administration bodies. Key requirements include several years of professional experience in project management, deep knowledge of technical and ecological relationships, and expertise in planning, procurement, and construction contract law. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or University Diploma in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Hydraulic Engineering or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in planning, procurement, and construction contract law
  • Experience in project management of planning and construction measures
  • Professional experience in dealing with the HOAI (Fee structure for Architects and Engineers)
  • Advantageous: Administrative experience, preferably in planning and approval procedures
  • Advantageous: Experience in the maintenance and repair of construction projects
