Job Summary

This role involves the planning, steering, and professional oversight of regional and national projects focusing on environmental services for DB Fahrwegdienste, a specialist in vegetation maintenance along the German rail network. The Project Controller ensures high-quality, state-of-the-art performance by independently assessing risks, managing commercial steering, and optimizing processes and structures specific to environmental measures. Key responsibilities include leading participation in public tenders for environmental construction services (VOB), managing customer acquisition, and acting as the primary technical contact for regional staff and clients. Ideal candidates possess a degree in Forestry, Environment, Project Management, or Economics, and ideally have knowledge of VOB and contract management. This position offers a long-term perspective within a major German infrastructure company, focusing on critical 'green' infrastructure projects.
