Job Summary
The City of Drolshagen is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer specializing in underground construction to join their Planning, Building, and Housing department. This full-time, permanent position involves comprehensive responsibility for the administration, maintenance, and repair of all municipal roads, paths, squares, sewage systems, and bridge/culvert structures. Key responsibilities include needs assessment, strategic planning, budgeting, and managing external planning services. The role requires serving as the client representative (Bauherr) for new construction and renovation projects, including full cost and budget accountability. Candidates must possess a degree in Civil Engineering and strong knowledge of VOB/VgV and HOAI regulations. This role offers a high degree of independence, flexible working hours, and the opportunity to manage significant investment and renovation projects in critical municipal infrastructure.

Experience
- Professional experience in executing construction measures, preferably focusing on road and sewer construction
- Several years of professional experience in project control and construction management (desirable)
- Experience in public administration or a planning office (desirable)
