Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Project Manager for Automation Technology to technically lead complex international automation projects, primarily within the machinery sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include the technical leadership of international project teams, defining and monitoring execution concepts, work packages, and managing schedules and budgets to ensure compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, and deadlines. The manager serves as the central point of contact for overall project leadership, internal departments, customers, and suppliers, and holds responsibility for claim management related to software projects, while also providing technical support to the sales team. Key qualifications include an engineering degree in Computer Science or Automation Technology, coupled with several years of experience in project execution and management. Proficiency is required in agile project management tools like Jira or MS Project, and deep knowledge of automation systems for process engineering plants. Experience with specific platforms such as SIEMENS S7, WinCC, TIA Portal, Allen Bradley, or Beckhoff is essential.
