Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position involves technical administration and operational planning within the Operations Office of a social enterprise in Nuremberg. The role centers on managing the entire order lifecycle, from handling customer inquiries and conducting feasibility studies to creating quotes and processing orders using the inventory management system. Key responsibilities include production planning, active organization of work preparation, and systematic process and error analysis. A significant portion of the job involves Quality Management (QM) documentation, such as creating error statistics, managing non-conformance reports (FMEAs), and conducting internal audits, ensuring continuous improvement of QM processes. The ideal candidate has a technical background (Master Craftsman, Technician, or Technical Business Administrator in metal or electrical engineering) and experience in production control and customer interaction, offering a secure, varied, and values-driven role within the public service sector.

Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a Master Craftsman, Technician, or Technical Business Administrator in Metal or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
