Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Operations Management team within a social enterprise that provides vocational and residential services for people with disabilities in Nuremberg. The Deputy Operations Manager will be responsible for strategic, cross-site production planning, process optimization, and operational control. Day-to-day tasks include preparing statistical production data, creating calculations, quotes, and post-calculations, and planning workstations and fixtures. A critical component is active customer relationship management and ensuring quality through the creation of work instructions and quality assurance measures.
