This role involves leading the comprehensive facility management operations for a family-owned company specializing in electrical connection technology across Europe, Asia, and North America. The Head of Facility Management is responsible for ensuring the sustainable, optimized, and efficient operation of all buildings and properties, including guaranteeing the operational safety of building-relevant systems. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing maintenance and upkeep concepts, coordinating external service providers, and contributing to the planning, tendering, implementation, and acceptance of construction projects and infrastructure investments. The position requires strong leadership skills, as the incumbent will manage and coordinate technical and infrastructural facility service teams comprising approximately 20 employees. Ideal candidates possess a technical qualification (Technician/Master Craftsman) or a degree in a relevant field like Building Technology or Energy Management, coupled with several years of professional experience in facility management and a thorough understanding of relevant legal regulations and standards.
