Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Development Engineer/Designer specializing in electromechanics, focusing on the mechanical design of devices, connectors, electromechanical components, and housings for a family-owned leader in electrical connection technology. The core responsibilities involve creating and evaluating product concepts based on technical and economic criteria, ensuring designs comply with international standards, and executing construction tasks using 3D-CAD within specified timelines, costs, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering or Precision Engineering), possesses strong experience in designing components using plastic injection molding, stamping/bending, and zinc die-casting techniques, and is proficient in 3D-CAD (preferably Creo Elements/Pro 4.0).
