This critical managerial role involves leading and coordinating all Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, and Test (MAIT) activities for designated projects within the Production Control department at the Lampoldhausen site. The MAIT Manager is responsible for developing and implementing efficient production strategies and processes, while strictly ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environmental (SQE) standards throughout the entire production cycle. Key responsibilities include comprehensive budget planning and control, defining and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs), and proactive risk management to resolve technical challenges and deviations. The successful candidate must possess proven leadership capabilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and will collaborate closely with development, procurement, and quality assurance teams, reporting performance directly to senior management.
