Job Summary

This role involves leading and coordinating all Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, and Test (MAIT) activities for assigned production projects at the Lampoldhausen site. The MAIT Manager is responsible for developing and implementing efficient manufacturing, assembly, and test strategies and processes, ensuring continuous process improvement through KPI definition and monitoring. A key part of the role is managing the departmental budget, overseeing risk management, and resolving technical challenges and deviations that arise during the production cycle. The successful candidate must demonstrate proven leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and a structured, results-oriented approach, while ensuring strict adherence to Safety, Quality, and Environmental (SQE) standards throughout the entire production lifecycle. This position requires close collaboration with Development, Procurement, and Quality Assurance teams, with regular reporting to senior management.
