Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position seeks a reliable Production Technician to join a semiconductor manufacturing facility. The core responsibilities involve the independent operation and monitoring of modern production plants, ensuring smooth processes, and performing rigorous quality assurance through visual and metrological controls. You will be responsible for proactively tracking manufacturing processes, troubleshooting disturbances promptly, and meticulously handling production materials, including preparation and loading according to specifications. A key part of the role is the careful documentation and logging of all production steps and results within the system. Ideal candidates possess practical experience in machine operation or manufacturing technology, preferably within microtechnology, combined with a strong technical interest in high-precision processes. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work a demanding yet rewarding 12-hour shift system, which offers attractive compensatory time off, resulting in only 14–15 workdays per month.
