This full-time, permanent position involves working as a Production Operator within a modern semiconductor manufacturing environment. The core responsibilities include the autonomous operation and monitoring of high-precision production equipment, ensuring strict quality control through visual and metrological checks, and promptly addressing process disturbances. A key component of the role is meticulous material handling—preparing, processing, and loading production materials according to specifications—and thorough documentation of all production steps and results in the system. The ideal candidate possesses practical experience in machine operation or manufacturing technology, ideally within microtechnology, coupled with a strong interest in high-precision processes. This role requires reliable, team-oriented individuals who are prepared to work a 12-hour shift system, offering a favorable schedule of only 14–15 working days per month.
