Job Summary
This role involves serving as a Technical Building Equipment (TGA) Coordinator specializing in Electrical Engineering for complex new construction projects managed by the Federal Office for Building and Regional Planning (BBR), particularly the 'Luisenblock Ost' project for the German Bundestag in Berlin. The coordinator will manage the technical aspects of the project, including coordinating with users, specialist planners, and consultants, and ensuring compliance with scheduling, cost, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include drafting and adjusting service specifications and contracts, reviewing cost calculations, and conducting technical approvals and defect documentation. Qualified candidates must possess a degree in Engineering (Electrical or Information Technology) and significant professional experience in project management within the public construction sector, coupled with strong knowledge of relevant technical norms and public procurement regulations.

University of Applied Sciences or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical and Information Technology or Telecommunications Engineering), or demonstrable equivalent skills and experience
Experience
- At least three years of professional experience in planning, project development, and project management
- Practical experience with technically complex new construction and existing building measures, including during ongoing operations
- Experience in supervising and accompanying public sector construction projects
- Experience with public administration in the construction sector
