Job Summary

This specialized role involves acting as the client representative and project manager for complex technical building equipment (TGA) projects, focusing specifically on Electrical, Information, and Communication Technology (ICT) systems. You will be responsible for overseeing construction measures across the historically significant UNESCO World Heritage site of Berlin's Museum Island and related cultural properties. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with users, defining service specifications for external planners and contractors, performing detailed technical reviews of planning documents and tenders, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and contractual obligations. The position requires specialized knowledge in areas such as medium and low voltage systems, fire protection, photovoltaic installations, specialized museum lighting, and sophisticated data/media networks. This is a unique opportunity within the Federal Office for Building and Regional Planning (BBR) to work in interdisciplinary teams on challenging, high-profile cultural construction projects.
