This role is for an experienced Project Manager specializing in Heating, Ventilation, and Sanitary (HLS/HVAC/Plumbing) systems, focusing on sustainable and climate-friendly building projects across Germany, including high-profile sites like the Kö-Bogen II and facilities for Deutsche Bahn and Unikliniken. The Project Manager will independently plan, execute, and manage complex technical projects, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and schedule targets. Key responsibilities include creating and processing proposals, managing project invoicing and change orders, handling defect remediation, and creating necessary documentation. The position also involves leading contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
