Job Summary

This role involves independently planning, processing, and executing Fire Alarm System (BMA) projects for major clients like MTU Aero Engines and the Technical University of Munich, focusing on intelligent and sustainable building technology. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing cost, quality, and schedule adherence, managing project teams including service technicians, and providing expert customer consultation. Key responsibilities also include budget management for the project portfolio, coordinating procurement negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring defect resolution and documentation creation. Candidates should possess a qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician in Building Technology, coupled with experience in customer service and BMA project execution, and strong technical understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems.
