Job Summary

This role involves taking responsibility for the proper booking of all business transactions and supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements within a dynamic pharmaceutical company. The Accounting Specialist will manage accounts payable and receivable, handle payment transactions and dunning processes, and process travel and expense reports. A key part of the job is ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and tax regulations, including preparing advance VAT returns. The ideal candidate holds a commercial qualification (e.g., as a Tax Clerk or Industrial Clerk) and brings several years of professional experience in financial accounting. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is essential, and experience with SAP (FI/CO) and DATEV is highly desirable.
