Job Summary

This role is for a Regular IT Technician based in Berlin, focusing on the planning, execution, and post-processing of large-scale Windows Client rollouts within complex IT environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include the administration and operation of Microsoft SCCM, specifically managing architecture, roles, collections, and client deployment. A core part of the job involves creating, maintaining, and optimizing Operating System Deployment (OSD) processes, including task sequences, boot images, and driver integration. The technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting client deployment issues using log files and developing PowerShell scripts to automate and standardize rollout and operational processes. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or possesses comparable qualifications, along with practical experience in large Windows rollouts and proficiency in SCCM and OSD.
