Job Summary

This role involves administering, maintaining, and enhancing the Windows Server and Client infrastructure, encompassing both on-premise and cloud-based environments. The IT Administrator will be crucial in operating and optimizing the Endpoint Management solution, creating and distributing software packages, and implementing robust security policies. A key aspect of the job is automating routine tasks using PowerShell or similar scripting tools. You will also provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for complex Windows issues and actively participate in IT projects focused on Modern Workplace initiatives, security enhancements, and cloud migration.
