Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT support for a leading company in the Nuremberg region, focusing on maintaining and optimizing IT systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting, maintenance, and upkeep of IT systems via phone, written communication, and remote access. You will be responsible for receiving, classifying, and processing support requests using a ticket system, and actively assisting with IT projects such as system migrations and rollouts. The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT System Integration or equivalent qualification, possesses initial professional experience in IT support, and has strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common applications.
