Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 2nd Level support, focusing on resolving incidents and fulfilling requests for a client in the Roth district. The administrator will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of Windows Servers, including administration, maintenance, and optimization. A key component of the job is managing Microsoft infrastructures, specifically Exchange and Microsoft 365, alongside performing crucial system updates, security checks, and patching. The ideal candidate possesses an IT qualification and professional experience in 2nd Level support, particularly with Windows systems, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting. Success in this position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent teamwork, and fluency in German, complemented by good English skills, ensuring effective collaboration across support tiers and with external service providers.
