Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Fullstack Developer focused on enhancing the customer experience through continuous and automated interaction analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include the development and maintenance of customer experience measurement products, applying established software engineering principles, and managing the stepwise migration of existing solutions while adhering to specified technologies. A core part of the role involves taking ownership of continuous optimization of the development process, focusing heavily on CI/CD and DevOps practices. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent analytical expertise, coupled with fundamental experience in developing web applications using Angular and TypeScript. Additionally, proficiency in developing Microservices with Java and Spring Boot, managing relational and non-relational databases, and utilizing GitHub/GitHub Actions for planning, deployment, and monitoring in a PaaS environment are essential. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science or comparable technical qualification

Experience
